Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the restoration or emergency industry and possess a valid driver's license. Relevant certifications such as WRT, environmental technician training, or asbestos certification are highly preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
As a Restoration Technician, you bring both skill and energy to every job. You'll assess damage, set up drying and deodorization systems, and carry out water, mold, and asbestos remediation following industry standards. You'll support and sometimes lead response crews, coordinate site setup, and ensure equipment, scaffolding, and safety systems are properly in place. You'll work closely with your team to solve problems on-site, communicate progress, and make sure each project moves smoothly from start to finish. Your technical know-how and steady focus help bring structure, safety, and confidence back to every space you touch.
