Job Description 

We are seeking Sr Data Analyst I who would be responsible for ensuring data maintenance and availability on multiple platforms, such as MS Excel reports, Power BI reports, and would also be required to work upon Power Automate / VBA Macros as per business requirements. The candidate would be required to mentor and create coaching path for the aligned team of Data Analysts. The candidate would be responsible for ensuring all the Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting and MIS files are upkept based on the laid down format / logics as per the business requirements and set SLA’s with 100% Accuracy.

Job Profile

A Sr Data Analyst should be well-versed with communication and comprehending skills along with strong hold on MS office – MS Excel, Power Apps and Power BI so as the individual can understand and contribute to the business requirements ensuring that the expectations are met.

Role & Responsibilities

• To ensure that the daily data maintenance activities are completed as per business expectations and accuracy standards are met with on time completion

• To coach and mentor, the aligned team on various Data Analysis projects and requirements

• Ensuring that a good attendance record is maintained as per the organizational policy and holiday calendar

• Ensuring that all the prevailing organizational policies and norms are adhered

• Ensuring to adhere to SMART Goals matrix

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor in any stream

• Sound Understanding of the MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) with Advanced Excel functions and formula

• Intermediate understanding on Power BI, SQL, Python and other data analysis

• Should be proficient in communication and comprehension

• Problem solving skills

Shift Timings

Should be flexible and open to work into night shift, per the dynamic of the business.

Experience

Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.

Education Qualification

Minimum Graduation or bachelor's degree in any stream.
