This role drives the strategic direction of data across actuarial and finance, ensuring it is scalable, AI-ready, and aligned to long-term business vision. Acting as a central orchestrator, the role connects strategy, delivery, and stakeholders - translating vision into execution while keeping data platforms, processes, and capabilities future-ready.
What you’ll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Design the roadmap for transforming current data processes into scalable, governed, and future-ready frameworks.
Translate business vision into actionable programs, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and execution plans.
Oversee progress across key data initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Support leadership decision-making through structured insights, updates, and clear articulation of data strategy progress.
Continuously evaluate current-state limitations and define forward-looking solutions to strengthen data governance, scalability, and usability.
Identify and drive high-impact initiatives (automation, data standardization, intelligent enrichment) to improve efficiency and insight generation.
Define and drive the long-term data strategy across data, aligned to enterprise objectives and future use cases (AI/ML, automation, analytics).

Required Skills and Abilities:
University Graduate (B.E/B. Tech/CS/IT, MBA, or equivalent) with effective academic foundation.
Relevant years of experience in data, analytics, product owner, or transformation roles.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Robust strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and initiatives in parallel.
Effective communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and influence direction.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Good working knowledge of SQL, Excel.
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in stakeholder-facing roles or program coordination across teams.
Background in insurance, finance, or actuarial data ecosystems.
Exposure to advanced analytics, AI/ML, automation, or modern data platforms.
