Drive quality, food safety, and regulatory competency across manufacturing sites through training, mentoring, and the implementation of strategic initiatives. Lead the deployment of PepsiCo standards and manage QFS KPIs across co-packing operations.
The candidate must be able to lead GFSS, QSHA, and ASHA standards while supporting R&D trials and building a quality-centric culture. Experience in supply chain quality and managing co-manufacturing footprints is essential.
This role is expected to drive quality, food safety & regulatory competency development across the sites by developing training tools, conducting training sessions, leading and mentoring plant teams.
With Co-manufacturing footprint increasing and new portfolios being added (Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Solid Masti, Oats, Puffcorn and Lay’s), there is need to build capability of operating teams w.r.t Q&FS to deliver safe and consumer preferred products.
The role will ensure consistent compliance to QFS systems, enhance supervision with additional support, direction & guidance to ensure consistent delivery of Quality
