Provide personalized one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes to support recovery and independence. Manage individualized care plans, educate families on disease management, and oversee the work of Home Health Aides.
Requires a current unrestricted Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Experience in Med Surg, ICU, ER, or acute care is required, with home health experience preferred.
WEEKEND HOME HEALTH RN - EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY and EITHER MONDAY OR FRIDAY
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:
Required Qualifications:
Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR certification
Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
One year nursing experience
Home Health experience
Pay Per Visit/Unit Rate
$49.00 - $69.00

TB Statement:
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
Driving Statement:
This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and are expected to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance. Individual must carry vehicle insurance in accordance with their residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher.
