Position Overview The Assistant for the Career Readiness Center (Division of Student Affairs) will provide general office support for Career Readiness Center activities and functions, including: office management such as answering phone and e-mail inquiries, scheduling and approving student appointments, and assistance with departmental activities such as: social media management support, job fairs, job postings, workshops and special events, website maintenance, and other general office support functions. This role requires in-person office coverage at least once per week and support during events. Please note, this part-time position allows for a maximum of 15 hours per week. |
