This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring that all work is conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Lead Technician is also responsible for maintaining a professional image, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and providing excellent customer service.

Dry Force Employees: 1 of 12 Texas Triple Master Water Technicians 1 of 17 Texas Master Water Technicians 8+ Commercial Drying Specialists 15+ Techs Certified in Structural Drying 25+ IICRC Certified Water Technicians Our comprehensive drying process incorporates the newest equipment on the market including air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore your property as quickly as possible, while preserving your health and safety. Health and Safety is our top priority, but Dry Force also prioritizes your time. With our Remote Monitoring System (RMS), we do not have to interrupt your day. Additionally, upon completion of any project we provide you with all the photos and documentation you need to ensure your property is properly dried out.
