The Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall curb appeal and cleanliness of the property, including groundskeeping and amenity area upkeep. Key tasks include trash removal, mopping, vacuuming, and ensuring product presentation meets brand standards.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with a preference for one year of experience in maintenance or a skilled trade. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and availability for flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.

The Porter works on-site to complete all groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor. Their responsibilities include removing trash from the facility, preparing trash for pickup by the waste hauler, mopping, and performing daily cleaning of assigned areas.
