The Sanitation Technician is responsible for maintaining food safety by cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities according to GMPs and company standards. They must also perform HACCP tasks, maintain accurate logs, and report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions to their supervisor.
Candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed in a manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with previous sanitation experience and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Position Summary:
Our Sanitation staff are responsible for maintaining Food Safety through the cleaning of company equipment and facilities in food production and packaging areas within the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as well as Company & Food Industry Best Practices and the Golden Rules of Safety. Employees will work as part of a team assigned to clean designated production equipment and facilities.
