Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field and possess at least 5 years of experience in a regulated industry such as food or dietary supplements. Additionally, the role requires PCQI certification and a minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.

Responsible for implementing and improving quality and food safety systems, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
