Compensation Structure: $26 - $28 DOE, plus bonus potential (paid quarterly); Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site.
Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8am -5pm; Summer turn hours may vary.

What You’ll Do
The Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of property maintenance, appearance, and service operations while adhering to the established budget. This role combines hands-on repair work with team leadership, overseeing service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Train, supervise, and support the Maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance, service response times, and productivity.
Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner, ensuring quality work and resident satisfaction through follow-ups.
Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and manage turn planning, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and budget management.
Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program and keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety and OSHA standards.
What You Bring
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities, or related field required.
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in student-style turn and turn preparation process preferred.
EPA Certification preferred.
HVAC Certification strongly preferred.
CPO Certification preferred.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
