Join Signature Retail Services' Travel Remodel Team and take the lead in transforming some of the nation's largest home improvement retailers, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware. As a Travel Remodel Team Lead, you'll oversee a crew of Fixture Installers, coordinate project execution, and ensure remodels are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers during large-scale retail remodels and store transformations
Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
Review project plans, store layouts, and merchandising specifications with team members
Train, coach, and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact between store management, project leadership, and field teams
Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and client requirements
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
Complete project documentation, reporting, and communication using company-provided technology
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
All other job-related instructions and job-related tasks should be completed as directed by management.
Position Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance
Previous experience leading teams in retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, warehouse, or related environments preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read project plans, store layouts, and merchandising instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
Comfortable training and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and web-based reporting systems
Forklift, scissor lift, or OSHA certifications are a plus but not required
This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shifts
Regular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbs.
Comfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.

100% weekly travel throughout your assigned region and surrounding states
