The Clinic RN provides skilled nursing care, implements provider orders, and manages medication administration for participants. They also supervise clinical staff, maintain medical records, and actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Candidates must hold a current state-issued Registered Nurse license, along with First Aid and BLS certifications. At least one year of experience working with the frail or elderly is required, with a preference for geriatric and acute care experience.
