The Legal Assistant is responsible for organizing immigration case files, managing deadlines, and preparing litigation materials. They also serve as a primary point of contact for clients to provide updates on case progress and removal defense proceedings.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with three years of legal experience, an associate degree with two years, or a bachelor's degree with one year. Experience in immigration law and a proven ability to work in fast-paced legal environments are highly preferred.
