Lead traffic engineering projects in Ohio and the Midwest, providing technical analysis and review using specialized modeling software. The role also involves business development, client outreach, and mentoring junior engineering staff.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a professional engineer license, and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in traffic engineering tools like Synchro and knowledge of FHWA and AASHTO guidelines are essential.

Compensation: Expected Salary (Cleveland only): $103,500 - $176,000
