The HVAC Technician is responsible for the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Duties also include completing customer service requests, performing daily equipment rounds, and maintaining the general cleanliness of the premises.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Strong diagnostic skills and a professional attitude toward residents and colleagues are required.

The HVAC Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
