The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care services, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and promote preventive health through screenings and education.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing and be a licensed Certified Nurse Practitioner in Ohio with an active DEA license. A minimum of 5 years of experience in family medical practice is required, with FNP certification preferred.
