The HR Generalist leads new employee orientation and manages the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding. They are also responsible for creating HR communications and maintaining operational excellence across multi-state employment requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, PHR certification, and at least 5 years of experience in HR operations. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or U.S. Persons residing in Cincinnati, OH, with proficiency in HRIS platforms like ADP.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to help deliver an exceptional employee experience across a growing population of engineering and technical professionals. As a key member of the People & Culture team, this role is responsible for supporting onboarding, employee communications, HR operations, and employee lifecycle administration while helping ensure consistent, engaging, and compliant experience for employees across the organization.
This role requires a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented HR practitioner who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-state environment with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and communication. The HR Generalist will lead new employee orientations, prepare employee documentation and communications, support HR systems and processes, and serve as a trusted resource for employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
This position plays an important role in helping the organization build scalable people practices, improve process discipline, and strengthen employee and manager communication.
