Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to established governance and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and financial tracking.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Escalate critical issues and provide proactive mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor project team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Drive accountability and performance across project teams.

Risk & Change Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Ensure project compliance with organizational and client standards.

Delivery Excellence

• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure successful UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote Agile and DevOps practices where applicable.

Required Skills

D365 F&O Expertise

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
• Experience managing: Finance Supply Chain Management Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Manufacturing Project Operations
• Knowledge of D365 implementation methodologies and best practices.
