Join us on the journey to help build the world using applied robotics and AI!
Novarc Technologies is a full-stack robotics company helping to build the world using applied robotics and AI. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Americas by the Financial Times for two consecutive years, we are at the epicentre of innovation and global expansion. Join our dynamic team as we extend our reach across four continents, blending pioneering welding technology with a profound global impact. It's a captivating time to be part of our journey – here, you'll do more than just work; you'll be an integral part of a movement shaping the tech-driven future.
Novarc Technologies is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.
Role Summary:
Summary: As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the successful execution of various Novarc’s projects to ensure outcomes are in line with the company project goals, processes, contracts, and of course, requirements. In addition to this, you will assist with the planning and execution of internal process development and improvement initiatives and projects.
The ideal candidate will join the Novarc team with a strong foundation in mechanical and/or electrical engineering and a go-getter attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Lead or support internal and external projects using Novarc’s project management tools (Wrike) and processes.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Communication: Provide to-the-point and concise written communication to the appropriate stakeholders, including both external and internal customers.
Scope & Risk Control: Manage client requirements, handle scope changes, and process Variation Orders (VORs).
Financial Tracking: Monitor project profitability, manage payment schedules, and support collections.
Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and apply Plan-Do-Check-Act thinking to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and improve project and business processes.
Technical Support: Create layout drawings in SolidWorks to guide equipment installation and learn key welding knowledge to manage projects effectively.
Quality & Compliance: Prepare NCRs, track corrective actions, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Any other related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience :
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience
1+ year experience coordinating or managing projects in a technical or manufacturing environment
Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with external B2B clients
Required Soft Skills:
Humble: You leave your ego at the door and lead by serving others. You prioritize active listening, collaboration, and seeking to understand over having all the answers.
Hungry: You bring a self-driven, relentless passion for excellence. You embrace challenges head-on, commit to continuous learning, and hold yourself accountable to exceeding expectations.
Smart: You navigate situations with high emotional intelligence and empathy. You collaborate openly, welcome feedback, and constantly challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of project accounting, cash flow forecasting, and invoice management
Experience in a startup or small-scale manufacturing environment
Exposure to project management software (Wrike, Zoho, MS Project, etc.)
Pursuing PMP/Prince2 certification (or interest in obtaining one)
Familiarity with earned value management and measuring project progress

Novarc activates arc welding robots with perception and cognition. With no visual intelligence these industrial robots currently make costly errors that lead to rework, scrap, rebuilds and downtime. Novarc’s Physical AI platform combines real-time computer vision, adaptive control, welding intelligence, and over-the-air software deployment to transform robotic welding systems into continuously improving Physical AI endpoints. Novarc provides a simple pathway to welding intelligence for new cell builds or globally installed arc welding robots.
