You’re an upbeat team member and customer-service professional who brings positive energy to all you do.
You have at least two years of janitorial or housekeeping experience in the hospitality or senior-living industry.
You have solid knowledge of security procedures. Building security training and/or completion of a Building Services Worker Program are assets, as well.
You have completed Grade 12 or equivalent, and are able to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
You possess current WHMIS, First Aid and CPR certifications. A Health Care Aide qualification and FOODSAFE Level 1 would be assets, too.
You’re able to self-direct and work effectively with minimal supervision, and also respond to emergency situations effectively when required.

PARC Retirement Living is a privately owned company, specializing in building and managing seniors’ lifestyle residences in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. Owner, Rainer Muller, incorporated the company in 2004.
