As a Team Supervisor, you'll help build a professional, accountable, and high-performing virtual team.
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support developing representatives
Help team members establish performance and development goals
Conduct virtual coaching, training, and development sessions

Track activity and performance to identify coaching opportunities
