The Manager of Airside and Baggage Planning is responsible for the strategic planning, forecasting, and optimization of airside and baggage handling systems. This role involves leading infrastructure projects, conducting capacity analysis, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
Candidates must possess a post-secondary degree in Engineering, Planning, or Aviation Management with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Proven leadership experience and proficiency in simulation modeling and data analysis are required, along with the ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Airside and Baggage Systems Planning, the Manager, Airside and Baggage Systems Planning is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, and optimization of airside systems and baggage handling systems (BHS) capacity across the airport. This role oversees capacity analysis, modelling, and long-term planning while providing leadership in simulation and ensuring alignment with operational needs, capital projects and future growth.

Expected compensation for this role is between 105,570 CAD to 129,030 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, location, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
