This is a high-volume dealership with strong customer traffic, consistent opportunity, and a fast-paced environment where motivated sales professionals can build real momentum.
Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or come from a customer-facing background like hospitality, retail, serving, bartending, or customer service, we are interested in speaking with candidates who know how to connect with people, build trust, and create a great experience.

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will help customers through the vehicle buying process from start to finish. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, present vehicle options, and provide a professional, positive experience every step of the way.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Build strong relationships with customers by listening, asking questions, and understanding their needs
Present new and pre-owned vehicle options based on customer preferences
Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and care
Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Honda models, features, and dealership inventory
Work with a sense of urgency in a high-volume sales environment
Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
Deliver an exceptional experience that helps earn customers for life
We are looking for individuals who are motivated, personable, and ready to learn. Automotive experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.

Previous sales, hospitality, retail, restaurant, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
