The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through vehicle feature presentations and test drives. They also manage vehicle lot organization, perform pre-delivery inspections, and maintain post-delivery communication with guests.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to maintain strong product knowledge and a commitment to professional customer interaction.
