The Receiving Manager oversees the flow of materials in a high-volume distribution hub, ensuring inbound freight is unloaded and stored efficiently. They are responsible for leading a team of associates through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of leadership and receiving experience in a high-volume environment. Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs is required.
