The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change by providing marketing and administrative support across the marketing department. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, maintaining department processes, supporting field marketing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:
· Coordinate the marketing process for opening new store locations, including acquisitions, ensuring all deliverables remain on schedule through the completion of tasks and maintenance of multiple project trackers
· Manage department invoices, including reviewing, approving, tracking, and reconciling vendor payments
· Manage coupon and promotional code administration, including organization, setup, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate execution across campaigns and locations
· Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and distribution of signage and marketing materials for locations
· Review marketing asset proofs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and quality prior to production
· Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal documentation, project trackers, and department filing systems
· Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring clear communication, timely project execution, and high-quality deliverables
· Assist with coordinating department projects, timelines, and priorities to ensure marketing initiatives are completed efficiently
· Support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Development, Finance, etc.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department and overall business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
· 3+ years of relevant professional experience; marketing experience preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Experience using project management software such as Monday.com or similar platforms
· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
· Basic understanding of marketing principles and project coordination
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
