Role Summary: | This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Export Notification process. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for broken route updates, booking adjustments as per Space/Marketing direction, change of destination requests and problem resolution. Incumbent will report directly to the Supervisor; Service Operations, Cargo Management. |
