The Express Lube Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, identifying vehicle concerns, and recommending appropriate service solutions. They manage the repair order process from initial estimate and customer approval through to dispatching technicians and final vehicle delivery.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include strong communication skills, basic mathematical proficiency, efficient typing ability, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
