The Senior Estimator conducts detailed analysis of contract documents and performs full quantity take-offs for large-scale construction projects. They lead the pricing process, develop trade buy-out strategies, and coordinate with external consultants to manage project budget requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade experience, Gold Seal certification in estimating, and at least 12 years of progressive construction cost estimating experience. Candidates must have a proven track record of leading pursuits valued up to $250 million across various delivery models.
