EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – ON‑CALL STIPEND
Fogelman is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Harrison Apartments, located in the Sarasota area. Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in keeping our communities running smoothly, and we’re looking for someone who wants to bring their skills to a supportive team that truly values their work.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, is HVAC certified, is proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, strong customer service skills, a team‑oriented mindset, is reliable, honest, and committed to high‑quality work. We are willing to help the right candidate obtain their HVAC certification. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
