The CNC Operator will program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines to manufacture critical aerospace components. They are responsible for inspecting parts to ensure they meet engineering specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of CNC machining or machine operation experience. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to read work instructions are required.

Job Description:
We're looking for a CNC Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines used to manufacture critical aerospace components. If you enjoy precision work, take pride in quality, and want to see the impact of what you produce, we'd like to hear from you.
At Chromalloy Carson City, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams manufacture and repair critical aerospace components used throughout the global aviation industry.
Shift: 3rd, Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM-6:30 PM
Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
