We're looking for a CNC Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. Shift: 3rd, Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM-6:30 PM Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
What You'll Do:
Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines
Load and edit machine programs as needed
Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials
Produce parts to engineering and production specifications
Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools
Perform minor part modifications and finishing work
Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements
Utilize computerized production tracking systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred
Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
