Responsible for product quality by performing manual deburring, polishing, and cleaning using hand tools and machines. Duties include interpreting blueprints, conducting inspections, and participating in root cause analysis for non-conforming parts.
Requires an engineering degree, a technology degree in machine shop, or completion of the 3rd year of engineering combined with 6 months of manufacturing experience. Candidates must possess strong hand-eye coordination and proficiency with deburring equipment.

Finisher IUnder the direction of the Cell Leader, this position is responsible in the quality of products by performing manual deburring processes using deburring hand tools and machines to clean, polish, break edges, form radii, blend defects, and remove contamination, excess material, flash and nodules per workmanship standards.
