Rocket Lab’s Optical Systems division solves mission-critical space domain and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) challenges for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. As an Office Administrator based onsite at our Optical Systems location in Tucson, AZ you will have the opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic engineering office while partnering with the Executive Assistant & Office Manager and collaborating across multiple departments to create a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace. In this role, you will support office operations, purchasing, travel coordination, expense reporting, facilities, employee engagement activities, and a variety of administrative initiatives that help keep the Tucson site operating efficiently.
