The Sheet Metal Foreman will lead daily field operations, overseeing the fabrication and installation of ductwork and HVAC systems. They are responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards while maintaining project schedules.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman and 3 years of journey-level sheet metal experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to pass background checks for military base access.

This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile Department of Defense projects while earning Davis-Bacon prevailing wages.
As the Sheet Metal Foreman, you'll lead the daily activities of sheet metal crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll oversee the fabrication and installation of ductwork, air distribution systems, and HVAC equipment while coordinating field operations to keep projects on schedule.
