As a Spray Technician, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will help identify troubleshoot and resolve fertilization and pest issues and perform preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis.
Here is what you can expect to do while working here:
Troubleshooting and resolving fertilization or pest issues in a timely and efficient manner
Accurately reporting findings to the operations leadership team.
Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations.
Safely operating and maintaining spray equipment, chemicals, and all other company property.
Communicating escalations to the Assistant Superintendent and/or Superintendent
Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients.
Performing other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of chemical or spray application experience in the golf industry.
Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
A valid pesticide applicators license
Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check

Reportar con exactitud los hallazgos y resultados al equipo directivo de operaciones.
Entender las necesidades de el cliente y a la misma vez cumplir o sobrepasar sus expectativas.
Operar y mantener de manera segura el equipo de rocío, químicos y toda propiedad de la compañía.
Comunicar situaciones de mayor importancia o urgencia a el Gerente de Cuenta y/o Gerente de Servicios Especiales.
Mantener una actitud positiva y cooperativa con clientes internos y externos.
Realizar otras tareas que se le podrían asignar.
Requisitos
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en aplicación de sustancias químicas o rociado en la industría de jardinería.
Capacidad de realizar trabajo físico en todo tipo de condición del tiempo.
Transportación confiable.
Habilidades y Experiencia Preferidas
Bilingüe Español e Inglés.
Licencia de Aplicadores de Pesticidas válida.
Licencia de conducir válida de Florida y capacidad de pasar un chequeo de MVR.
