The Facility Maintenance Coordinator plans and schedules preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and manufacturing equipment. They manage work orders via CMMS and coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidates need an associate degree or technical certification and at least 5 years of experience in facility or manufacturing maintenance. Proficiency with CMMS platforms and the ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds are required.

This role supports maintenance teams, manages work orders, and interfaces with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of maintenance and repair activities.

Hourly Range: $30.00 - $46.00/hour
