The IT Specialist II maintains network and standalone servers, workstations, and network access for various Air Force and government divisions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system anomalies, remediating vulnerabilities, and providing multi-level help desk support for SCI and SAP networks.

The IT Specialist II supports the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (AFRCO), the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition Special Programs Division (SAF/AQL), and US Air Force combat and sustainment activities. The IT Specialist II will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables meet schedule and quality standards.
