Who is Atominvest
Atominvest is the operating system for modern private markets asset managers. Our modular, flexible SaaS technology underpins key investor- and portfolio-management workflows.
Our customers are sophisticated private equity, growth equity, and private credit firms managing billions in assets globally. We aim to deliver ongoing high-quality outcomes for them through a long-term partnership mindset.
At Atominvest, you’ll be working on something very exciting: the future of work, investments and sustainability/ ethical investing for the world’s best investors and delivering a positive impact through this. Based on the growth we are experiencing, we think we’re on to something big.
It won’t be easy. Joining a scale up business is an amazing and rewarding challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must get done to keep Atominvest growing year over year at the pace of the best SaaS companies on the planet.
We’ve gone from zero to ten, now we’re looking to go from ten to one hundred!
The role:
Are you curious about how technology works and motivated by turning complex problems into practical product improvements?
We’re looking for a proactive and technically minded Graduate Technical Product Analyst to support Atominvest’s enterprise-grade API, SSO, MCP and SFTP capabilities and our Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word plugins.
Working with the Technical Product Manager and Engineering, you will help understand customer needs, scope improvements, investigate issues, test functionality and support implementations. AI fluency will be central to your work, with tools such as Claude, Claude Code and OpenAI used across research, prototyping, testing, triage, infrastructure R&D and defect resolution.
We don’t expect you to know every technology from day one. What matters is that you bring strong technical foundations, intellectual curiosity and the drive to learn quickly. With support, you’ll deepen your product knowledge and take increasing ownership of investigations and defined technical-product initiatives—combining a focus on outcomes with rigorous testing and thoughtful, consistent delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the development and improvement of Atominvest’s technical products, primarily its enterprise-grade API, SSO, MCP and SFTP capabilities and Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word plugins.
Using AI tools—including Claude, Claude Code and OpenAI—critically and responsibly across product scoping, research, prototyping, testing, triage, infrastructure R&D and defect resolution.
Supporting technical-product discovery by researching customer needs, mapping workflows and data flows, exploring approaches and identifying dependencies, risks and edge cases.
Working with the Technical Product Manager to translate customer and technical needs into requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery plans, progressively owning defined workstreams.
Building practical knowledge of Atominvest’s technical products, including their architecture, use cases, configuration, security considerations, integration patterns and limitations.
Performing first-line triage of product and integration issues, using AI alongside Postman, JSON payloads, configuration data and logs to reproduce errors, test hypotheses and prepare evidence for escalation.
Supporting defect investigation and bug fixing by using AI coding tools to understand code, explore root causes, prototype fixes and validate changes within established Engineering processes.
Planning and executing functional, integration, regression and defect-fix testing, using AI to develop scenarios, identify edge cases and analyse results while independently validating its outputs.
Contributing to technical and infrastructure R&D through research and proofs of concept, while supporting customer implementations alongside the Technical Solutions Manager.
Maintaining technical documentation and troubleshooting resources, analysing usage and support themes, and progressively owning routine investigations and initiatives from scoping through release support.
If this sounds like what you’d love to be doing, we can’t wait to hear from you!
Your skills:
At least one year of relevant experience, including an internship, industrial placement or graduate role in product, technology, software or technical consulting.
A STEM degree or another background demonstrating strong technical, analytical and problem-solving ability.
Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code and OpenAI, using them critically and responsibly for research, analysis, coding, prototyping, testing and technical problem-solving.
Familiarity with APIs, JSON, Postman, software development or similar technical tooling—or clear evidence that you can learn these areas quickly.
A structured and curious approach to unfamiliar systems, including testing hypotheses, identifying root causes and drawing clear conclusions from evidence.
The ability to understand customer needs, translate them into practical product requirements and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation and a willingness to take ownership, ask questions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced scale-up.
A positive attitude, humility, a sense of humour and a collaborative mindset.
