Lead the modernization of the Davita.com web experience by developing and governing a scalable design system and persona-based customer journeys. Manage and mentor a team of UX/UI designers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accessibility and regulatory compliance.
Requires over 7 years of UX/UI design experience with at least 2 years in a people management role and strong proficiency in Figma. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries and a deep understanding of accessibility standards are highly preferred.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of UX/UI Design to lead and evolve our design systems and modernize our platform foundations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines deep craft expertise with the ability to build cohesive, scalable design infrastructure across a modernized healthcare web ecosystem. You'll manage a small, talented team of designers and partner closely with product, developers, IT and clinical stakeholders to ensure every experience and journey we build is accessible, intuitive, and trustworthy to improve site engagement.
Success in this role over the next 12-18 months will include creating a more modernized Davita.com experience, launching a new design system and implementing improved processes to uplevel the team as a strategic planning partner.
