Lead the design and maintenance of ETL pipelines and data architecture while optimizing data marts and warehouses. Manage a Data Operations Analyst and partner with stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics and self-service reporting.
Requires a hands-on technical leader capable of managing data engineering standards and evolving the company's data layer. Must have experience in technical execution, people management, and translating business questions into analytics deliverables.
