The Global Director of Field and Partner Marketing will lead and develop a high-performing team to drive pipeline and revenue across global markets. They will serve as a strategic partner to regional sales and alliances leadership while establishing scalable processes and playbooks for consistent execution.

Full job description
We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well-being. This role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers - while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work-life balance.
Being a Global Director of Field and Partner Marketing at iManage Means…
You will own and elevate field marketing and partner marketing across our global markets — North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific — while leading and developing a high-performing team. You will be a strategic partner to regional sales and alliances leadership and a cross-functional connector across marketing, partners, and the broader business.
You will be accountable for driving programs that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen customer relationships at scale — while simultaneously building the operational foundation that enables a globally consistent, efficient team. This means establishing scalable processes, strategic plans, playbooks, and reporting that empower regional and partner marketing leaders to execute with speed and confidence.
A key part of this role is bringing a strategic mindset that shifts the conversation with sales and partners from tactical execution to solving the right business problems. You will lead two connected disciplines, regional field marketing and partner/channel marketing, and serve as the senior marketing voice in go-to-market planning across all regions and partner segments.
iM Responsible For…
Global Field Marketing
Leading the regional Field Marketing leaders (Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific), setting clear goals and performance expectations, coaching for growth, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Building strong, trust-based relationships with regional sales and partner leadership teams, positioning marketing as a strategic business partner focused on solving shared business challenges.
Overseeing geo-specific demand generation strategies across ABM, integrated campaigns, multichannel initiatives, and events while turning regional performance and learnings into global efficiencies that raise the bar across the entire field marketing team.
Aligning to the corporate campaign framework and ensuring the team is adapting and activating programs locally to meet the unique needs of each market, including multi-language and multi-market execution where required.
Owning and managing the global field marketing budget, ensuring investments are prioritized against pipeline and revenue targets.
Defining and tracking KPIs across all programs and regions, using data-driven reporting to drive informed decision making, surface opportunities, and continuously optimizing performance.
Partnering across marketing functions to optimize the customer journey globally, identifying pipeline gaps, accelerating deals, and improving funnel conversion.
Guiding regional teams in cultivating relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and directory vendors to increase brand visibility across all geographies.
Establishing and maintaining scalable global processes and playbooks that enable regional teams to execute consistently and efficiently, serving as the "voice of the field" to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner/Channel Marketing
Leading the Partner Marketing function with clear direction, developing team capability, and holding the function accountable for pipeline contribution.
Defining and executing a scalable partner marketing framework that enables partners to generate demand independently, including managing and optimizing Market Development Funds (MDF) investment and ROI.
Providing leadership oversight for the strategic partner marketing function, ensuring programs connect to commercial priorities and broader partner marketing goals.
Holding team members accountable for the performance and ROI of strategic partner marketing investments across co-sell programs, partner funding, and marketplace activations.
Guiding the development of joint go-to-market programs with strategic alliance partners spanning co-branded content, press releases, customer case studies, and account-based plays ensuring executional quality and alignment to commercial priorities.
Holding team members accountable for consistent, effective partner communications globally, ensuring the team maintains a strong partner engagement rhythm across newsletters, webinars, and other channels.
Ensuring all channel marketing activity is strategically aligned with broader campaign objectives and contributes measurably to the overall pipeline.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Accountability
Serving as the senior marketing stakeholder for regional and partner go-to-market planning, representing field and partner marketing in quarterly business reviews and leadership forums.
Building strong working relationships with demand generation, product marketing, content, and marketing operations to ensure programs are integrated and measurable.
Owning the global field and partner marketing budget across all regions and programs; allocating with discipline and reporting on return.
Collaborating with the corporate marketing team to ensure teams have access to relevant content, PR initiatives, and customer advocacy assets that support sales engagement and thought leadership.
iM Qualified Because I Have…

Strong command of digital marketing and the ability to integrate digital tactics into broader field and partner programs.
Proven track record of delivering and accelerating pipeline through regional and partner marketing programs.
Experience building and executing geo-specific marketing plans in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and third parties across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
Experience partnering with sales and product marketing leadership to develop persona-centric value propositions and messaging that map to buyer needs across segments and regions.
Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational frameworks, including strategic marketing plans, processes, and playbooks that drive consistency and efficiency across global teams.
