The Analyst Development Program (ADP) helps aspiring graduates (like you!) develop a broad knowledge base through a curated training curriculum, an established mentorship program, and rotational assignments tailored to your developmental goals. Qualifications
What you’ve got:
You have 0-2 years of related professional experience.
You hold, or will be completing, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills that fuel your passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
You have experience with, or a strong desire to learn, technical tools and platforms, including Microsoft Excel; data and analytics technologies such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Snowflake; data visualization tools such as Power BI; and emerging AI tools and techniques used to support data analysis and business insights.
You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
