The IT Support Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for daily help desk requests, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting. They will also manage user provisioning, asset inventory, and maintain internal IT documentation and A/V equipment.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration with hands-on knowledge of Okta and Google Workspace. A solid understanding of networking fundamentals and experience supporting macOS and Windows endpoints in a corporate environment is required.
Muon seeks an IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly. This role is the front line of internal IT support — you'll be the person our team turns to when they need help getting set up, staying connected, and staying productive.
This position is fully on-site at our San Jose office, five days per week.
The salary range for this role is $106,000 - $120,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
