The RSS develops and coordinates comprehensive rehabilitation plans for Canadian Armed Forces veterans and their families. They act as a service integrator, collaborating with medical and vocational professionals to reduce barriers to re-establishment.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field, plus a health professional designation or CVRP certification. A minimum of three years of experience in medical, psycho-social, or vocational rehabilitation services is required.
