The Clinic Nurse provides coordinated care as part of an interdisciplinary team, performing nursing assessments, triage, and clinical procedures. They are also responsible for administering treatments, providing client education, and advocating for patients within the community health center.
Candidates must hold a current license with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RPN. Three to five years of community nursing experience with diverse populations and proficiency in EMR systems are required.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Manager of Primary Health Care the Clinic Nurse works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care with other health professionals and support the overall function of the clinic.
