The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and health education within an inter-professional primary care team. They will also collaborate with team members to develop care plans and document patient encounters in electronic medical records.
Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a community setting. Proficiency in computer use and electronic medical records is required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Overview
Our Primary Care team is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in our clinic on a full-time basis for a 13-month term maternity leave contract. This Registered Nurse will act as a member of an inter-professional primary care team, which includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, administrative staff, and allied health professionals.
