The Intervention Specialist is responsible for managing and documenting student behavioral issues and implementing crisis intervention strategies to ensure safety. Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree and a certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, with required experience in crisis intervention for school-age students. The role demands strong physical capabilities to implement therapeutic holds and the ability to work under high pressure.
