The Program Director manages the day-to-day operations of the Belnord location, ensuring regulatory compliance and the effective delivery of services to families. Key duties include staff supervision, budget management, and implementing continuous quality improvement activities to meet DHS performance metrics.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and have at least four years of human services experience, including two years in a managerial role. NYS licensure (LCSW or LMSW) is strongly preferred along with proficiency in crisis management and social service documentation.
