Hey mob! If you’re a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, we’d love to yarn with you about joining our team at APM Employment Services as an Employment Consultant at our Inner Melbourne locations. We’re on a mission to help thousands of Aussies get into employment — and we know that having strong First Nations voices in our team makes all the difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.
You will also:
Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Develop tailored plans for participants to create successful and culturally safe pathways for employment
You will empower participants by positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers
Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
